SAN FRANCISCO — The University of San Francisco's men's soccer team wrapped up its non-conference play last week and will face San Diego for its West Coast Conference debut on Sunday at Negoesco Stadium.

LAST TIME OUT
The Dons (2-7-1) finished their non-conference slate against Cal State Fullerton last weekend, as the Titans scored a pair of goals in each half to come away with a 4-0 win. San Francisco finished the match with one shot, as the Dons' offense struggled against Fullerton's defense. The Titans outshot the Dons 5-0 in the first half. Ruben Stuvier recorded four saves that all came in the second half.

ABOUT THE DONS
After the loss to the Titans, the Dons' skid extends to seven games. Santiago Digiuseppe leads the team with three goals as Sean Bowman leads with 10 shots on goal. Five different Dons record a goal apiece: Matt Orr, Sandro Bradara, Noah Leong, Cameron Martin, and Santiago Sarmiento. In the 2017 season, the Dons beat the Toreros 1-0 on the road.

ABOUT SAN DIEGO
The Toreros (4-5-2) went 1-2 in their matchups last week, beating CSUN 1-0 and falling to UC Riverside 2-0.  Miguel Berry leads the team with two goals as five different Toreros' tally a goal apiece. Opponents outshoot San Diego with a 46.2 to 35.7 shots on goal percentage.

UP NEXT
San Francisco will take on Saint Mary's and Pacific on Oct. 13 and Oct. 19 both on the road.
