SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco's women's tennis team will wrap up its non-conference schedule this week, hosting Utah State and Nevada at the Olympic Club on March 12 and 15.

  • USF is 6-4 overall and 5-3 on its home court. 
  • Emily Maxfield leads the team with a 9-0 undefeated singles record at No.2, Mya Bui is second best with a 7-3 record at the No. 1 spot.
  • Seven different Dons have notched two or more wins in singles action: Maxfield (9), Bui (7), Amber Del Rosario (6), Margarita Treyes (5), Alexa Meyer (4), Shanna Dos Santos (2) and Hanna Borjeson (2). 
  • The Dons' duos of Maxfield and Bui are 4-2 at the No. 1 spot. 
  • Last season (2017-18) the Dons fell to Friday's opponent, Nevada, 2-4. The last time USF faced Utah State was during the 2011-12 season and beat the Aggies 4-3.

  • The Aggies hold a 4-7 overall record and is 2-3 on the road. 
  • The team is led by freshman Sidnee Lavatai with a 6-3 record in singles play, mostly at No. 6, followed by Alexandra Pisareva's 4-2 record. Lucy Octave posts a 4-5 singles mark, she has gone 3-0 at No. 4. 
  • In doubles, Lavatai and Pisareva are 5-1 at the No. 4 spot, Octave and Annaliese Country are 6-2 - both 3-1 - at No. 2 and 3. 
About Nevada
  • Nevada is 5-2 overall and 4-2 on the road.
  • In singles competition, the Wolfpack's are led with eight wins by Melissa Huchet (8-7) and Selina Turulija (8-5). 
  • The Wolfpack's No. 3 doubles duos, Maria Tatarnikova and Selina Turulja lead with a 4-1 doubles record.
