  • Heading into the weekend, Nonso Adimabua is currently tied for third in the WCC with five total goals while goalkeeper Brandon Keniston ranks fifth in total saves with 41.
SCOUTING THE CARDINAL:
  • In their last time on the pitch, Stanford battled No. 4 Washington on the road in Seattle, resulting in a 0-0 double overtime tie in what proved to be a hard-fought match on both sides.
  • Leading the team in goals the last three seasons, Zach Ryan currently leads all Cardinal in careers goals (31) as he also ranks ninth in program history coming into Thursday's match. Among active DI athletes, Ryan currently ranks eleventh in career points and tenth in career goals.
  • Inside the cage, goalkeeper Matt Frank has started in all but one game this season as he has logged multiple saves in 10 of his 15 starts. Overall, Frank currently sits second in the Pac-12 in total saves with 39.
SCOUTING THE LIONS:
  • Last time out, LMU defeated perennial conference powerhouse Saint Mary's at home, 2-0, on Saturday, Oct. 30. Notably, the win marked the fifth shutout of the fall for the Lions.
  • Prior to the weekend, LMU currently has multiple athletes ranked in the top five of multiple statistical categories in the WCC. Individually, Christian Wood is tied for fourth in assists (4), Creggton Charlton is tied for second in shots (35), Ronaldo Brown is third in shots (34) while goalkeeper Jacob Jackson ranks second in save percentage (.800) and fourth in saves (48).
  • Looking ahead, the Lions will play their final road conference match of the season at USF on Sunday before returning home to host Santa Clara next Saturday, Nov. 13.
SERIES HISTORY:
  • For the Cardinal, Stanford currently holds a 18-21-6 record over USF in the all-time series, which includes a 5-0 win over the Dons at home last season on Feb. 15, 2021.
