Sean Dizon is in his 10th year with the University of San Francisco men's tennis team coaching staff. The San Francisco native was a scholarship athlete and played for USF from 2000-2003 and helped the Dons improve their Conference record from 8th to 3rd in the West Coast Conference. He received his B.A. degree in Economics in May of 2003.
In addition to helping the USF men's tennis team, Sean is also currently the Co-Director of the USF Junior Tennis Summer Camps which was started in 2005. Dizon has also been a coach for the (CTC) competitive training centers and is also United States Professional Association (USPTA) certified and went through the USTA High Performance Coaching Program in May of 2005. In 2007 Sean was the USPTA NorCal Assistant Pro of the year and in 2008 and was nominated for USPTA NorCal Pro of the year.
In 2012 and 2014 Sean was the NCAA Site representative for the 1st and 2nd rounds of the NCAA Tournament. Sean has served as a traveling coach to various players at the Australian Open and US Open. Sean is also in charge of helping and leading the club tennis program for students on campus here at USF.
