Hall of Fame
Ralph Peter Montague was born on April 3, 1909 in San Francisco and attended the then Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in the class of 1932. At 6’9” and 167 lbs., he was in the Block Club, the Drama Club, and on the track team with Hall of Fame colleague Bob Kleckner. He specialized in the 100-yard and the 220-yard dash. In 1942, he served in the United States Army during World War II, and afterwards worked as a carpenter.
He was inducted into the USF Hall of Fame in 1981.
