#WeAreSF
The University of San Francisco women's volleyball look to continue momentum from a narrow defeat at the hands of the No. 8 team in the nation in its last outing. The Dons travel to Bay Area foes Pacific and Saint Mary's, looking for season sweeps of each.

San Diego Remix
USF gave the nation's eighth-ranked team all it could handle, but the Toreros ultimately prevailed 3-2 in the Dons' last outing. Freshman Katarina Pilepic paced the Dons with 21 kills on .341 hitting, while junior Valentina Zaloznik added 17 kills. The duo was also a force at the net, combining for 15 total blocks against a potent San Diego offense.

Senior Malina Terrell added 12 kills in the contest and continued her climb up the all-time record book. Terrell moved to 11th on the career kills list, passing Amanda Willners (1998-01), Carly Babin (2005-08), Sharon Mellen (1984-87)

USF was on the brink of one of its biggest wins in school history and one of the biggest upsets of the 2013 college volleyball season. Leading 2-1 in the match and 21-19 in the fourth set, San Diego relled off five straight points to seize momentum and eventually send the match to a fifth set.  The Toreros claimed the match with a 15-10 score in the final frame and leave the Dons just shy in their upset bid.

Scouting the Dons
USF's Zaloznik is leading the way with 267 kills on a .339 attack percentage,  good for third in the WCC. If the season ended today, her attack percentage would be good for the sixth-best season in school history. She's added team-highs of 95 total blocks and 28 service aces to go along with her 352 total points on the year.

Senior Mackenzie Murtagh has served as USF's primary setter, assisting on 531 kills, or 5.42 per set. Rebecca Kopilovitch has compiled 355 digs on the year to lead the Dons, and the senior stands in third on the career digs list after playing just three seasons on the Hilltop.

Scouting the Tigers
Pacific's Gillain Howard denies an average of 1.49 balls per set, good for 10th in the nation. As a team, the Tigers rank 47th in the category, with 2.56 attacks blocked per set.

Scouting the Gaels
As a team, Saint Mary's ranks 14th nationally iwth aces per set, with Dalas Dodd's 0.39 aces per set coming in at 49th. Dodd's WCC-leading 11.26 assists per set is good for 20th in NCAA Division I volleyball, as the Gaels are 47th overall.
