The Buzz
The San Francisco women's basketball team  looks to replicate its success in Los Angeles a year ago, when USF earned the SoCal sweep for the first time since 2002-03. First, the Dons square off with Pepperdine, and USF is looking for its fifth consecutive over the Waves.

The Dons are in the midst of their third straight double-digit win season, sitting at an 11-7 record on the year.

The Dons have three women averaging double-digit scoring, paced by Taylor Proctor's team-leading 15.6 points on .484 shooting and 7.9 rebounds a night. Taj Winston puts up 10.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game. Her steals average is good for third in the league and 61st in the NCAA. Know the Foe
Pepperdine enters the contest with a 6-12 overall record, and a 1-5 mark in conference action. After winning their first game in WCC play against local rival Loyola Marymount, the Waves have dropped their last six.

Offensively, the Waves have a trio of double-digit scorers paced by Bria Richardson's 15.4 points. Keitra Wallace adds 13.2 points and a team-high 5.8 rebounds, and Allie Green contributes 12.7 points and 3.8 rebounds per game.

USF & Pepperdine - The Series
San Francisco holds the slight 35-34 advantage in the all-time series, including two straight seasons of sweeps and a four-game winning streak.

In the last meeting between the two squads, the Dons posted a Senior Day victory at War Memorial Gym, due in no small part to a 23-of-30 effort from the free throw line and a +16 rebounding edge.

Last Time Out
The Dons cruised to a 62-45 victory over long-time foe Santa Clara at War Memorial Gym, breaking a nine-game winning streak for the Broncos in the series.

USF was paced in scoring by Taylor Proctor's game-high 24 points including a 13-for-15 effort from the free throw line.  Making her first career start, freshman Anna Seilund added 12 points, five steals and three assists in the win.

On the Air
Listen to longtime voice of the Dons, George Devine, behind the mic all season long. Devine is in his 19th season as the play-by-play voice of USF women's basketball.
