SAN DIEGO -- The University of San Francisco women's tennis team will be in San Diego this weekend for back-to-back matches against San Diego (Apr. 7) and San Diego State (Apr. 8). First serve is at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., respectively.

USF HISTORY
Vs. San Diego:
The Dons head into Friday's match with an overall record of 3-11, San Diego enters 8-8 in the season. Last year, USF started with an early doubles clinch from Emily Maxfield and former Don Genevieve McCloskey during the matchup against San Diego. Another point was nabbed by the Dons when Hanna Borjeson won her singles match 6-4, 7-5, but USF ultimately fell 2-4. Borjeson and Shanna Dos Santos however contributed two points to the Dons 4-2 victory over San Diego in 2016.
Vs. San Diego State:
San Diego State is 8-9 this season. The last time the two teams faced each other was in 2014, when the match ended in a 4-3 victory for the Dons.
