SEATTLE, Wash. — The University of San Francisco's men's soccer team was unable to keep up with the University of Washington, as the Dons fell 4-0, on Monday afternoon at Husky Soccer Stadium.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Washington (2-0-0) took an early 1-0 lead when midfielder Blake Bodily received a pass from James Smith for the quick tap in at the 4th minute mark.
- The Huskies allowed San Francisco (0-2-0) two shot attempts, led by Jorge Ruiz and Shayan Charalaghi as UW held a 9-2 edge in shots in the first half. T
- To start the second half, UW's Gio Migiletti boosted a pass down the left side to Jaret Townsend who then powered it past Ruben Stuiver to lead 2-0 at the 47th minute mark.
- Washington saw two more goals at the 58th and 64th minute mark. Cameron Martin, Zyan Andrade and Jaidon Reynolds were the only Dons that took a shot attempt in the second half before the Huskies sealed their 4-0 victory.
