CATCHING UP WITH COACH BARTLETT:
"It was another hard fought match that we were able to pull off today by a 4-3 score. We ended up getting the doubles point which turned out to be pretty huge for us as
Rita Colyer and
Arianna Capogrosso ended up coming back for us doing a really good job by coming out ahead in a tiebreaker. We then ended up getting individual wins for
Maria Martinez Vaquero and
Simran Chhabra while
Chiho Mushika got a big three set wins to help us clinch the match. Another good momentum heading into WCC action at Portland and Gonzaga this weekend.
UP NEXT:
The Dons are back on the road this weekend starting this Saturday morning as they will face the Portland Pilots (8-4, 0-1) at 11:00 a.m. from the Louisiana Pacific Tennis Center.
