SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Competing in two dual matches in Northern California, the University of San Francisco beach volleyball (9-14) defeated host Sacramento State (5-15) 4-1 before narrowly falling to UL Monroe (12-10) 3-2 on Friday at Hornet Beach.

San Francisco ended the doubleheader with six total match wins overall, highlighted by sweeps from Rainie Stevens and Rylie Reeves and Kaydence Stormes and Branson Lennon.
