SCOUTING THE WOLF PACK:
- Nevada enters the Briann January Classic at Arizona State after dropping back-to-back contests to Eastern Washington and Portland at the Portland Tournament last weekend. Following a narrow 58-57 loss to the Eagles on Friday, Nov. 28, the Wolf Pack lost in a 65-52 decision to the Pilots on Saturday, Nov. 29. In the loss to Eastern Washington, Chloe Williams paced Nevada with a 15-point, 12-rebound double-double while the team scored 40 points in the paint. Skylar Durley, the lone double-figure scorer in the loss at Portland, reached the 20-point threshold for the first time in her career.
- Two of Nevada's five starters from a season ago, Izzy Sullivan and Imbie Jones, return for the 2025-26 season, while two players came back who redshirted in 2024-25 in Ahrray Young and Amelia Raidaveta. Sullivan, the Wolf Pack's third leading scorer from last season, is currently third, averaging 9.1 points per game in eight games, while Young ranks second at 9.9 per game.
- Durley, a freshman guard from Oklahoma City, Okla., leads Nevada in scoring, averaging 10.4 points per game. In her first eight collegiate games, Durley has scored in double figures three times and is coming off a 20-point performance in the loss at Portland on November 29. Active on the glass, she has totaled five or more rebounds in seven of the eight games and ranks second on the team at 5.1 per game.
