OCCIDENTAL, Calif. - The University of San Francisco track and field team competed in the Oxy Invite on Saturday at Jack Kemp Stadium, led by some top-five finishes by both men's and women's programs.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
- Emílka Chrastinová placed in the top five in multiple events, finishing second in the women's javelin with a 37.57-meter mark and third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.64.
- Angie Mesa-Espinosa placed third in the 200-meter run with a time of 25.08 and fifth in the 100-meter run with a time of 12.22.
- Ellis McKean took first place in the men's 3,000 steeplechase with an impressive time of 8:48.43.
