MALIBU, Calif. – The University of San Francisco beach volleyball team (11-16) competed in its final tournament of the regular season when it competed in four dual matches at the Waves Tourney on Friday and Saturday, at the Pepperdine Beach Courts.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

McKenna Towne and Kaydence Stormes impressed throughout the weekend, earning three victories at the first doubles flight. With the three wins, the duo improved their record to 11-6, with six coming at the top flight. Following a straight sets triumph over Concordia Irvine, Towne and Stormes rallied to defeat Pepperdine's Emma Eden and Michaela Cyrani 14-21, 21-2, 15-0.
Branson Lennon and Rylie Reeves recorded their team-best 14th victory of the season with an 18-21, 21-14, 20-18 three-set over Vanguard's Jordan Packer and Avery Bennett.
Burkleigh Smith and Mahlia Priestley improved their doubles record to 6-10, winning two matches over Concordia Irvine and Vanguard.
