2014 CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.

2014 TRACK & FIELD: Earned a place in the field at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships in the 800 meters ... competed in four events for USF, all in the 800 meter distance ... placed in the top 5 on three occasions ... ran a season-best and new record mark of 2:08.56 at the West Coast Last Chance on May 10. 

2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed once for the Dons, completing the 5K course at the USF Invitational in 19:34.2 on Aug. 31.

2013 TRACK & FIELD: Raced for the Dons at both the 400 and 800 meter distances ... took third in the 400 meters at the Stanford Opener on March 2, setting a school-record time of 57.30 ... competed in the 800 meters six times over the course of the season, turning in a season-best time of 2:09.55 at the West Coast Invitational May 11, good for a first place finish ... earned second in the 800 meters at the Aggie Open on March 9.
 
2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in one meet for the Dons...running a 19:31:05 at the Bronco Invitational 5k, 6th fastest for the Green and Gold (10/13).

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Ran two personal best times for the Green and Gold this season, 2:09:62 in the 800m at the Woody Wilson Invitational (4/14) and 4:49.87 in the 1500m at the Cal All-Comers Meet (2/18)... won the 800m at Aggie Open... ran a personal best of 2:09.62 at JJK/Rafer Johnsen Invitational. 

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt season.

PREP CAREER: Finished third in the 800m at the Class 6A Oregon State Track and Field Championships in the spring of 2011… finished third in the 800m at the 5A Oregon State Track and Field Championships in the spring of 2010… was fourth in the 800m at the 5A Oregon State Track and Field Championships in the spring of 2009… part of 4x400m relay teams that ran in 2011, 2010 and 2009 Oregon State Track and Field Championships… personal bests are: 57.1 (400m), 2:14.85 (800m) and 20:01 (5k)… scholar athlete and team MVP as a senior.
