2008 Season: Earned West Coast Conference Player and Freshman of the Year after compiling a 21-3 singles record, all at the No. 1 position... defeated No. 61 Elizabeth Ferris (University of Utah) 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 (1/27)... earned a victory over No. 76 Celine Rolly (University of Oregon) 6-1, 1-6, 7-6 (1/28)... took two wins over No. 87 Paula Mesterova (Loyola Marymount) 7-6, 6-1 (3/2) and 6-3, 6-3 in the WCC Tournament (4/18)... had a season high 11 match win streak, starting with a 6-2, 6-0 win over University of Portland's Megan Sporndli (1/15), through a 6-0, 7-5 win against Gonzaga's Aglaya Kokurina (3/14)... partnered with four different teammates in doubles, going 13-10 on the year, all at position one.

Did You Know? Heinser was named the WCC Player of the Month for April after leading the Dons to a fourth place finish at the WCC Tennis Championships. Heinser went 5-1 during the month of April, including a 6-3, 6-3 win over No. 87 Pavla Mesterova of LMU in the WCC Championships. Heinser closed the month as the highest ranked WCC player on the circuit, checking in at No. 73 in the ITA listing.
