John Badagliacco

John Badagliacco was born in Chicago and raised in the Northwoods of Hayward, Wisc. He joined the University of San Francisco in the summer of 2018, providing medical coverage for the Dons baseball team and overseeing the Athletic Training Student Aid Program.

Prior to joining USF, John spent over two years working with Gresham SportsCare Physical Therapy, where he developed the first ever Athletic Training position for Corbett High School in Portland, Ore. This experience was both valuable and rewarding, but John’s drive to provide in-depth medical care in a highly competitive environment ultimately led him back to the Division I collegiate setting, here at USF.

John began his Division I clinical experience at the University of Wisconsin, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree of Athletic Training and provided sports medicine assistance to their varsity sports. After passing his Board of Certification in Athletic Training, John worked full time at the University of Oregon while also completing his Master’s degree. While at Oregon, John worked with Football, Cross Country, Track & Field, and Baseball.
