The Dons, who came into the game shooting 50.8 percent from the field through its first five games of the season, managed to shoot just 36.8 percent from the floor, including 28.8 percent from three-point range (8-for-28) in suffering its third loss in four games.

The loss evens the Dons record at 3-3 overall while the Ducks remain undefeated at 4-0.

Kruize Pinkins, who had a career-high 22 points recorded his first career double-double, scoring a team-high 20 points to go along with 11 rebounds.

Oregon shot 55 percent from the field and nailed 11-of-19 three-pointers in notching their fourth consecutive victory to start the season.

USF trailed by just five at halftime at 40-35 but were outscored in the second frame by a count of 60-47.

Despite its poor shooting, USF trailed by just six points at 61-55 midway through the second half after
Tim Derksen made 1-of-2 free throws with 10:55 minutes remaining.

The Dons trailed by just nine at 70-61 with 8:08 left when the Ducks seized control of the game by going on a 9-1 run to increase their lead to nine at 79-62 with 6:06 left.

Oregon led by as many as 19 points down the stretch, the last at 96-77 with 1:26 left.
