SAN FRANCISCO – The University of San Francisco women's soccer team takes the show on the road this weekend, the Dons travel to Southern California for a pair of non-conference matches against Big West foes, UC Riverside on Friday and UC Irvine on Sunday.Â

The Dons (3-4-2) wrapped up last weekend going 1-0-1 with a 1-1 tie against No. 14 Oklahoma State before scoring a season-high three goals, all coming in the first half, in the 3-1 win over the visiting Sooners. On the road this season, USF is 1-2, with their lone win coming in the season opener against New Mexico on August 18.

This weekend's road contests will be a final tune-up before WCC action begins the following weekend when USF hosts Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount on September 29 and October 1

- Senior forward Sonja Giraud scored three goals over the weekend, she now has 19 for her career, tying her with Meghan Daly (1999-2002) for seventh all-time at USF.
