COACH'S QUOTE
"Today was the day of a lot of up-and-down play," said head coach Sara Doell. "We had a tough start as the winds were up and we didn't seem to get comfortable until the end of the round. But we made a strong comeback by shaving 10 strokes off of our first round. Sam had a great second round of one under par 70 and looked very solid and comfortable. Our two sophomores played very consistent. They both looked extremely confident. Our two freshmen continue to work hard, play hard and represent us well. We're looking forward to a strong finish tomorrow."
