USF AT A GLANCE
• The Dons are 2-0 following Saturday night's 82-72 win over visiting Princeton. The game was the first ever collegiate basketball game played at Chase Center, new home of the Golden State Warriors.
• As a team, the Dons are averaging 91.5 points per game in two contests. They are shooting 46.1 percent from the field and 31.3 percent from beyond the arc. Defensively, USF is holding their opponents to 61.0 points per game and a 40.9% shooting percentage from the field.
• For the second consecutive game, the Dons had at least four players in double figures. Leading the charge was junior guard
Jamaree Bouyea who finished with a career-high 19 points. Joining Bouyea in double figures was
Charles Minlend,
Jimbo Lull, and
Jordan Ratinho.
• Lull's 15 points, combined with his 11 rebounds gave him his first double-double of the year and second of his career. Of Lull's 11 rebounds, eight came on the offensive glass. Lull's last double-double came in the Dons win over Stanford at home last year when he scored 11 points and grabbed 15 boards.
• Versus the Ivy League: Following Saturday's 82-72 win over Princeton, the Dons are now 13-2 since 1945 against the Ivy League. After Monday's matchup against Yale, the Dons will have one more Ivy League foe on their schedule – they take on Harvard on Dec. 30 at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.
