WHATS THE STORY
• Last Time Out:  On Wednesday, the Dons lost a thriller in the fog to Pepperdine 3-2 on Senior Night.  USF scored first, but the Waves countered with three quick strikes in a six minute span.  The Dons countered late in the first half but could not score the equalizer.

• Dynamic Duo: Senior forwards Samantha Jehnings and Miciah Madison both found the back of the net in the loss to the Waves.  For Jehings it was her 10th goal of the year, Madison's goal was her ninth. The two both rank in the top-10 all-time in USF history.

• One Goal Games: Saturday's 3-2 loss was USF's 11th game of the season featuring a goal differential of one. USF is 6-5 on the year in such contests.

• Home/Road/Somewhere In Between: Following the loss to Pepperdine on Wednesday, USF fell to 4-4-1 at Negoesco Stadium. When the Dons aren't home this year they boast a 6-3-1 record on the road, it is the second best road mark under Millinder. USF's 7-2-1 mark in 2015 is the best away-record under the Dons' eighth year head coach.

• Jehnings 10th goal of the season puts her in rare company.  She joins Shanna Haines (1986-89) as the only two players in USF history to record two or more 10-plus goal seasons.  Haines did it in 1986 and '87.  Jehnings scored 11 last year and 10 this season.

SATURDYAY'S CONTEST
Santa Clara is seventh in the nation with 2.58 goals per game and has outscored opponents 49-22. The Broncos are eighth in the country with 2.63 assists per game and ninth with 7.79 points per game. She is three assists away from joining just seven other Broncos with at least 25 career goals and 25 career assists.  Courtney Ogren has started 17 games in net while posting a 1.39 GAA. She has made 59 saves had has a .738 save percentage.
