SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- After a week away from the pitch, the USF Dons' women's soccer team (5-5-2, 1-2) is back on the road as they look for back-to-back wins against defending champion Santa Clara (6-4-2, 3-0). In their previous meeting, USF knocked off the then No. 19 Broncos, 2-0, at Negoesco Stadium for their first-ever win at home and just their second win all-time over SCU.

DONS AT A GLANCE:
- Ahead of Saturday afternoon's match, the Dons stifling defense has continued into the early stages of WCC play. USF has allowed the third fewest goals in the conference led by phenomenal goalkeeping Molly Eby.
- San Francisco fell short last time out on the road against Portland as the offense had trouble creating scoring chances leading to only two shot attempts for the Dons.
- Sydney Cooper has been aggressive on the pitch throughout the season for the Dons as she leads the team in goals scored with three and is second in points with six.
SCOUTING THE BRONCOS:
- Since losing to the Dons at the end of September, the Broncos have been red hot since the calendar turned to October as they've won three straight and are undefeated in the month.
- Kelsey Turnbow has been a challenge to contain for most opponents this season as she leads the Broncos with six goals and 16 total points so far this season.
- Santa Clara uses multiple goalkeepers as both Kylie Foutch and Marlee Nicolos have both started in goal this season.
