- As the match remained scoreless midway through the start of the second half, the Dons scored the game's opening goal in the 69th minute. As the play developed in the Roos' defensive end, Zane Alafranji sent a pass across the face of the goal that Bracken Serra tipped in to give the green and gold a 1-0 advantage.
- San Francisco doubled its lead shortly after, as Brayden Beason scored his first collegiate goal to give the Dons a 2-0 edge.
- The Roos quickly responded with two late goals in the 71st and 84th minute to erase the Dons' lead and escape with a 2-2 draw.
- Beason and Bracken Serra provided the scoring, combining for two goals and five shots, with three on target. Beason tallied his first collegiate goal as the true freshman 59 of the 90 minutes in tonight's contest.
- Easley was active on the offensive end as he led San Francisco in shots with four.
