Indoor Track and Field Finishes Season at MPSF Championship

RENO, Nev. – The University of San Francisco women's indoor track and field team concluded the season Monday afternoon at the MPSF Championship at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

San Francisco earned All-MPSF honors in three events throughout the two days, highlighted by Anna Büttner securing first place in the 5000 meters. Büttner, winning her first-ever indoor event, crossed the finish line with a time of 16:47.77, nearly four seconds faster than Pepperdine's Elizabeth Crawford in second place.
Two relay teams earned top-three finishes with the 4000 distance medley team of Jessica Spilsbury, Chrysi Fountoulaki, Rae Le Fay, and Petra Helebrantová concluding with a time of 11:46.22. Lily Bosemark, Sabina Nettles, Chrysi Fountoulaki, and Maya Vizina followed with another top finish in the 4x400 meter relay at 3:44.36.
