2013 Indoor: Played in 67 sets … compiled 59 digs for the season …  best overall performance came against San Diego on Nov.9, with six digs and one kill … Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President ... leaves the program with 516 total digs on the court.

2012 Indoor: Notched 22 digs on the season … best performance came versus Presbyterian College on Aug. 25, when she had 11 digs and one ace … tallied five digs versus La Salle on Sept. 8, and four digs versus Pepperdine on Nov. 10.

2011 Indoor: Placed eighth on the team with 10 set assists … 1.27 digs per set ranked seventh on the squad … registered 10-or-more digs in two matches including efforts against Providence on Sept. 3, and Santa Clara Oct. 8 … recorded season-high 15 digs and three set assists against Santa Clara on Oct. 8… played in 44 sets.

2010 Indoor: Led the Dons in digs with 3.95 per set… was sixth in digs per set in West Coast Conference matches … paced USF in digs in 16 matches … turned in five matches with 20 or more digs … played in all 27 matches and in 96 of the Dons’ 98 sets … put together 25 double-digit dig matches … registered seven matches with zero serve-receive errors … tallied 12 digs in her first collegiate match at Creighton on Aug. 27… set a career-high with 26 digs against Santa Barbara on Sep. 3 … notched three service aces with 21 digs against Florida International on Sept. 11 … totaled 10 digs and four assists against then-No. 10 California on Sept.17 … collected 24 digs at Gonaga on Oct. 7 … tied her career-high with 26 digs and six assists at Portland on Oct. 9 … finished the season with 22 digs against Santa Clara on Nov. 11.

Prep/Club Career: Member of the 2009 and 2008 CIF State Division IV runner-up Christian Brother High School team that won two Northern California Championships and five section championships… Honorable mention selection for Sierra Valley Conference in 2009… best defensive player for CBHS in 2009 and 2008… club team finished 20^th in power league.

Personal: Whitney Anne Swain… daughter of Monic and Tony Swain… born July of 1992… also played two years of high school soccer… career goal is to contribute as much as possible, which includes being a supportive teammate… chose USF because she’s always wanted to go to school in a big city and her uncle went to USF… interests include playing soccer, hanging out with friends, shopping, going to the beach, Lake Tahoe and country music… major is business/communications.
