PRIOR TO USF: A dominate 800 specialist during her undergraduate career at Boise State, Henderson was a four-time All-American honoree and a six-time Mountain West Conference champion while running for the Broncos ... She was named the USTFCCCA West Region Indoor Track Athlete of the Year in 2018 after a wildly successful season that culminated in a second team All-American honor at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 800 ... During that 2018 season, she set a MWC Indoor Championships record while defending her 800 title with a time of 2 minutes, 3.95 seconds ... She also helped the Broncos win their third straight MWC indoor distance medley relay title in 2018, setting a school, facility and MWC Indoor Championships record with a nation-leading time of 11:05.39 ... She won three consecutive MWC 800 titles from 2017 to 2018, winning the 2017 indoor, 2017 outdoor, 2018 indoor and 2018 ... She was also part of back-to-back-to-back championship Distance Medley Relay teams for the Broncos at the 2016, 2017 and 2018 MWC Indoor Championships ... She twice earned All-American honors in indoor track (second team) and twice in outdoor track (second team, honorable mention) - all in the 800.
