Hall of Fame
Lorenzo Cumplido was born on January 7, 1950 and attended USF in the class of 1974. He played soccer for the Dons from 1971 to 1973. He was a member of the 1973 West Coast Intercollegiate Soccer Conference Championship team. The Dons opened the 1973 season with six straight wins and finished the West Coast Intercollegiate Soccer Conference with a perfect slate at 7-0-0 for the Championship. In fact, the only teams in WCISC competition to stay within two goals of USF were San Jose State, who fell 4-3 to the Dons, and Santa Clara who lost 3-1.
He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and afterwards worked as a Landscape Architect. He is currently living in Guadalajara, Mexico. He was inducted into the USF Hall of Fame in 1993.Â
