THE RUNDOWN
SPOKANE, WASH. – The USF women's volleyball team fell to Gonzaga, 0-3, on Thursday night. The Dons are still in search of their first win, now 0-11 in conference play. Their last victory came against Fresno State on Sep. 9. In their first match up with Gonzaga, USF took them into five sets. Things were different on the road tonight as the bulldogs were able to sweep.
 
DONS STATS OF THE GAMES

• Erica Ronda and Nora Buvarp-Lavik lead the Dons in kills with eight a piece. 
• Ronda also led in digs with 13.
• Starting setter Erin Anthony registered 24 assists and four kills on a .500 attack percentage. 
• Laura Leap added six kills (.308) and four block assists.
• The Dons held their opponents to a below .200 hitting percentage on the match and in each set. 
• Sets two and three saw 13 and 15 ties, respectively. 

 
WHAT'S UP NEXT
The Dons travel to Portland next for a Saturday match against the Pilots. The first time the two teams met earlier in the year, it was a very competitive five sets. USF will look to capture their first WCC win in the competition. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
