Series against the Gaels: The Dons hold a 43-33 record over the Gaels, with the series that dates back to 1985. The Gaels have had a slight edge over USF in the previous two seasons with Saint Mary's take two of three in 2016 and '17.
Conference Record: USF has now won their first three conference series', sweeping the first two over Pacific and Portland. The Dons won the first two games of their series against San Diego, before dropping the final game, but still took the 2-1 series win. USF currently sits in first place with a record of 8-1 in conference play.
