SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - Coming back from a two-game road trip, the University of San Francisco women's soccer team (4-7-2, 0-3-2 WCC) will make its return to the Hilltop this week to start a three-match home stand as the Dons will host Gonzaga (6-6-2, 2-2-1 WCC) on Thursday night before welcoming Pacific (2-12-1, 0-5 WCC) to Negoesco Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

- San Francisco returned to the pitch this past Saturday, Oct. 19 following a nine-day hiatus as the Dons fell on the road at Saint Mary's, 2-0. Despite the defeat, Kira Ybarra tallied seven saves in the match, which tied her second-most saves in a game this season.
- Ybarra's seven saves on Saturday bumped her up to second in the WCC leaderboard in saves per game within conference play (4.80).
- Halfway through their conference slate, Lindsey Chau (8 shots, 4 shots on goal), Jackie Koerwitz (5 shots, 3 shots on goal), and Kaitlyn Sasadeusz (9 shots, 2 shots on goal) all rank in the top three on the team in both shots and shots on goal during WCC action.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS:
- Gonzaga will begin a two-game California road trip against the Dons on Thursday following a 1-1-1 homestand. Most recently, the Bulldogs defeated Washington State in a 4-3 victory last Saturday, Oct 19. Notably, Emelia Warta tallied a goal and two assists in the win over the Cougars.
- The Bulldogs have remained level throughout the season, boasting a .500 mark in their overall record (6-6-2), conference record (2-2-1), home record (3-3-1) and road record (3-3-1).
- Six Zags have scored multiple goals in WCC action as Paige Alexander and Chelsea Le sit atop the pack with three goals each in conference play.
- As a unit, GU ranks in the top three in league action in goals per game (T-1st, 3.0), shots per game (3rd, 15.6), shots on goal per game (2nd, 7.4) and assists per game (2nd, 2.6).
SCOUTING THE TIGERS:
- Last time on the pitch, Pacific fell to No. 7 Santa Clara in a 5-0 defeat in the South Bay. Overall, the Tigers are looking to end a five-game losing streak, having recorded an 0-5 start to conference play. Pacific will first host San Diego on Wednesday night to open its week before coming to the Hilltop on Sunday.
- Despite their record, Sierra Schwarz has been a bright spot in goal as the freshman leads all WCC goalkeepers with 33 saves in conference play. Overall, Schwarz remains number one in the league with 70 total saves throughout the season.
- Leading the offensive attack for Pacific, two Tigers have scored a goal within league play in Alexis Pashales and Brianna Norman.
SERIES HISTORY:
- San Francisco holds an 18-11-2 lead in the all-time series against Gonzaga, but the Dons will be looking for their first win over the Bulldogs in four seasons. Notably, the Dons last defeated GU in a 3-0 shutout in San Francisco on Mar. 16, 2021.
- San Francisco holds an 18-6-3 lead in the all-time series against Pacific, but the green and gold are seeking their first win over Pacific since a 1-0 shutout of the Tigers on the Hilltop on Apr. 17, 2021.
