COLUMBIA, Mo. – Wrapping up the 2025 season on Saturday morning, Anna Büttner competed in the NCAA Cross Country National Championship at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

In her first-ever appearance in the NCAA National Championship, Büttner earned an 118th-place finish out of 261 competitors with a career-best time of 20:02.4. Her time in the 6k was also the seventh-fastest time by a woman in program history.
Büttner was the first Don to appear in the NCAA Championship since Ruby Smee competed back in the 2022 season at Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course in Stillwater, Okla.
