2016 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 12 games, making six starts on the year... logged a season-high 79 minutes in a win over Arizona State (Sept. 9)... started four matches in a row at Vanderbilt (Sept. 4), Arizona State, Arizona (Sept. 11) and Cal (Sept. 17)... started in a pair of WCC contests: at BYU (Oct. 3) and versus Pacific (Oct. 9)... played 471 minutes overall.
2015 (FRESHMAN): Made three appearances off the bench in her first season on the Hilltop…logged season-high 15 minutes in a 0-0 draw against Boise State (Sept. 20)… played a total of 26 minutes on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Two-year letterwinner at Santiago High School... team captain as a senior... helped lead team to CIF and state championships her senior year... took home first team All-CIF honors and won the Heart of a Champion Award as a senior... also won the Defensive MVP Award in volleyball as a freshman... played most of her club soccer with Chelsea SC (2009-14) and CZ Elite (2014-15).
PERSONAL: Born January 12, 1997 in Fountain Valley, Calif…. parents are Ruben and Caren Santana... majoring in psychology... enjoys reading, the beach, going on adventures, and watching movies.
