2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in two meets for USF ... turned in a season-best 8K time of 27:35 at the Sac State Inter-Regional on Oct. 4 ... opened the season with a 36th place finish at the USF Invitational on Aug.31, completing the course in 28:24.6.
2013 TRACK & FIELD: Took to the track on three occasions for the Dons, turning in a season-best time of 1:59.45 in the 800 meters at the SF State Distance Carnival on March 29.
2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt.
PREP CAREER: Finished 36th at the 2011 California State Division IV Cross Country Championships... 2011 WSL Cross Country Champion..2010 First team Fresno Bee All-Start Cross-Country Team, 2010 and 2011 Valley Champion On the Track- Parlier HS school record holder of the 1600 & 800, 2011 West Sequoia League Champion
