2023-24 (REDSHIRT-JUNIOR):
- Appeared in 29 games for San Francisco, starting in the first eight contests of the season, averaging 3.9 points and 1.4 rebounds on 43.3% shooting in 11.4 minutes per game
- Scored a season-high 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting and 3-of-4 from three in 14 minutes of play on 12/30/23 against Mississippi Valley State
2022-23 (REDSHIRT-SOPHOMORE):
- Played in all 34 games for USF, starting in the last 23 games of the season; averaged 6.4 points and 3.2 rebounds per game for the season
- Recorded career-highs in field goal percentage, three-point percentage, points per game, rebounds per game, assists per game, and minutes per game for the season
- Made his first career start on 12/17/22 at UNLV, scoring 7 points in 26 minutes of action

- Scored a season-high 4 points on 2-of-3 from the field in USF's 83-67 win over Morgan State (11/22/21)...also grabbed a season-high 2 rebounds
- Registered a season-high 9 minutes in USF's 111-78 win over Academy of Art (12/28/21)
2020-21 (REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN):
- Played in 17 games averaging 7.1 minutes per contest
- Shot .289 from the field going 11-for-38, he was 4-for-25 from 3-point range
- Scored 33 points, averaging 1.9 points per contest
- Made his collegiate debut in the season opening loss to UMass-Lowell, played 16:20 in that contest and scored three points, had a season-high three offensive rebounds that game
- Had his best performance in the loss to Pepperdine, logged a season-high 20 minutes of action scoring 13 points, he was 3-for-6 from the field and 2-for-4 from beyond the arc...went 5-for-5 from the line in that contest
- Shot 87.5 percent from the free throw line going 7-for-8 from the charity stripe
- Averaged 1.2 rebounds per game, grabbing 21 boards (seven offensive, 14 on defense)

- Rated a three-star prospect according to Rivals.com and 247sports.com
- According to NorCal Preps he's a four-star prospect and rated the No. 1 prospect in Northern California
- A four-time letter winner for the Tracy High School and head coach Junior Cueva
- He averaged 13.8 points per game and 8.3 rebounds per game in his high school career
- In his senior campaign, Hawthorne was named team captain and helped guide the Bulldogs to an 18-9 record while averaging 19.2 points per game and 9.4 rebounds per game
- He shot 45 percent from the field and 37 percent from beyond the arc last season en route to all-league honors
- As a junior, Hawthorne averaged 19.9 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game en route to leading his team to a record of 18-8, including 8-2 in league play
- That same year, Hawthorne was named First Team All-League and the TCAL League MVP after leading the Bulldogs to the program's first league title in 42 years
- During his sophomore year, Hawthorne averaged 8.7 points and 7.3 rebounds
