Yaya Enriquez-Meyer begins her first season as team manager for the USF volleyball team.

She is currently in her first year in the master’s program for sport management at USF. Her role for the Dons includes daily team operations, producing social media content, recording statistical data and assisting with recruiting.

Real name is Yacine, and was born on Oct. 21, in Dakar Senegal. Her hometown is Maui, HI and attended Radford University in Radford, Va., on a volleyball scholarship. She received her degree in media studies and public relations, and received her minor in sport administration. Aspires to become a director of events and operations at the collegiate or professional level, with a long term goal of becoming a high school athletic director.
