CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AT SAN FRANCISCO:
  • Joined the San Francisco women's golf team as an assistant coach before the start of the 2025-26 season.
OTHER CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Allen most recently served as the head coach of the women's golf team at the Academy of Art from 2022 t0 2025.
  • In three seasons with the Urban Knights, Allen led the program to 14 top-five finishes, posted one team title, and oversaw six student-athletes who earned All-PacWest honors, including the league's Freshman of the Year.
  • In her second season, she led the team to a second-place finish at the Pacific West Conference Championship and had two student-athletes finish within the top 10 in the tournament's 35-player field.
  • She followed with a third-place PacWest finish in the 2024-25 season and led the team to its second appearance in the NCAA Division II Regionals in the last four seasons.
PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Before beginning her coaching career, Allen spent 17 years as a touring professional, competing on both the LPGA and Ladies European Tour (LET).
  • She competed in 15 major championships, recorded three tournament victories during her career, and became the first American to win the LET Order of Merit in 2016.
OTHER NOTABLES:
  • A four-year standout athlete at CSUN, Allen was a two-time Big West Conference champion, the 2004 Big West Player of the Year, and an All-American.
  • Her amateur career continued as she reached the semifinals of the 2003 U.S. Open Women's Amateur Public Links and the quarterfinals of the 2004 U.S. Women's Amateur before turning professional in 2005.
