Connor Marohn currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Development for USF Athletics, where he drives philanthropic support for the department and helps advance the mission of the university and department. He oversees the annual fund strategy, including donor stewardship, fiscal year-end giving initiatives, and the signature Day of the Dons campaign, which helps provide resources and opportunities for student-athletes and coaches across all sports.

Prior to joining USF, Marohn gained extensive experience in athletics development and ticketing. He most recently served as Assistant Director, Annual Giving at UC Davis Athletics, leading fundraising efforts for the annual fund, including the Champion Aggies Challenge. While there, Marohn collaborated with coaches and administrators to identify new revenue and engagement opportunities. He also held a Development & Special Events Fellow role at UC Davis, where he supported donor communications, special events, and fundraising campaigns. Earlier in his career, Marohn worked with Bay FC as a Ticket Sales Executive in their inaugural season, where he generated $390,000 in revenue over ten months.

Marohn recently earned his Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco in December 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from San Diego State University, which he earned in May 2022. A native of Danville, Calif., he is passionate about fostering connections between alumni, donors, and student-athletes to strengthen collegiate athletic programs.
