CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Spent three non-consecutive years as an assistant at Foothill JC where he was involved in two Final Fours
Served as an assistant coach for the U19 San Francisco Glens MLS team that went to the finals of the MLS Next playoffs
Served as assistant coach of the San Francisco Glens USL 2 team who reached the Western Conference Finals as a top 16 team in the country
Took over the head coaching position and led the 2022-23 Glens to a second-place finish in the Northwest division, which included winning their group in Maryland at the MLS Next Flex tournament
Rix also led this group to the national round of 16 in the MLS Next playoffs.
