2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets for the Dons…was the 2nd fastest runner for USF twice, running a 24:22.11 at the Bronco Invitational 8k (10/13) and a 24:22 at the WCC Championships 8k (10/27)…was the 3rd fasters runner for the Green and Gold twice, at the Stanford Invitational (9/29) and the NCAA West Regionals (11/9).
2012 TRACK & FIELD:Â Earned a spot in the 2012 NCAA Track & Field West Preliminary Round in the 1500 meters... set the USF school record in the mile with a time of 4:08.77 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/28)... Set a personal best time of 3:47.03 in the 1500 at the West Coast Invitational (5/12).
2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt... finished fourth and ran a personal best 23:46 unattached at the Doc Adams Invitational… ran unattached at the Bronco Invitational in 24:31.
2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran the team’s second-fastest 1500m of the season with a 3:51.54 at the Payton Jordan/Cardinal Qualifier (5/1)… 14:48.42 in the 5000m at the Chico State Distance Carnival was the program’s third fastest of the season (4/8)… won his 1500m heat at the Stanford Invitational (3/25).
2010 CROSS COUNTRY:Â Finished 14th at the West Coast Conference Championship in 25:46... ran a personal best 25:17 at the San Francisco Invitational to finish 12th... led the USF men's team with a 30:58 and 41st-place finish at the Western Regionals... ran in five races. Â
2010 TRACK & FIELD:Â Competed in three meets for the Dons... Set personal bests in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m during the season... doubled at the Cal Nevada Championships posting personal bests in the 1500 (3:55.51) and 5000m (14:55.77).
2009 CROSS COUNTRY:Â Set a personal best of 25:58 at the Bronco Invitational.
2009 TRACK & FIELD:Â Ran 4:00.55 to win his heat at the Johnny Mathis Invitational... posted a personal best of 15:33.24 for 5000m at the Woody Wilson Invitational.
2008 CROSS COUNTRY:Â Set a personal best of 26:26 at the Bronco Invitational.
PREP CAREER:Â Member of North Bends 4A Oregon State Cross Country Championship team... finished fourth overall in 16:24... has personal bests of 4:10 (1500) and 9:02.5 (3000).
PERSONAL:Â Exercise & Sport Science major with a Biology minor... mother is Ronda Mcentire.
