2018 Track & Field: Earned MPSF All-Academic team honors…part of the distance medley relay team that posted the third fastest time in USF track & field program history with their time of 12:23.95…season best time in the 1,500 meters came at the SF State Distance Carnival (Mar. 30), posting a time of 4:34.78 to finish 24th overall…competed once in the 3,000 meters at the MPSF Indoor Championships (Feb. 23), finishing with a time of 10:05.29…her one race in the mile came at the Husky Classic (Feb. 9), finishing with a time of 4:59.73.
High School/Prep & Personal: Graduated from III Liceum Ogólnoksztalcace … runs with WKS Flota Gdynia, coached by Renata Walendziak ... planning to major in kinesiology at USF … daughter of Wioletta and Pawel Dias … born Jan. 15, 1997, in Gdynia, Poland.

2017 Track & Field: Competed six times for the Dons during her first season of track and field … turned in a season-best mark of 4:33.93 to take eighth in the 1,500 at the Hornet Invitational on March 18 … clocked in at 11:09.73 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the West Coast Last Chance on May 13 to take second … also competed once in the mile on the indoor oval and once in the 5,000 meters.
2016 Cross Country: Competed three times for the Dons in her first season at USF … ran a season-best 6K time of 22:21.7 at the Wisconsin Invitational (Open Division) to help the squad to a fifth place team finish … took 31st at the WCC Championships on Oct. 28.
