SAN DIEGO, Calif. — The University of San Francisco men's soccer team competed against its third nationally ranked opponent this season, as the Dons fell to No. 23 San Diego 4-0 on Saturday night at Lugar Field.

San Francisco travels to Spokane to take on Gonzaga on Saturday.

- Ashish Chattha and Shayan Charalaghi led the Dons tonight with a pair of shot attempts. Ruben Stuiver recorded 12 shots faced and five saves.
- San Diego struck first at the 29th minute mark followed by the second goal at the 33rd mark. Toreros' Miguel Berry scored a career-high of nine goals at the 33rd minute to lead the Toreros 2-0 in the first half.
- The Toreros dominated the second half when they saw two more goals at the 60th and 64th minute mark.
- San Diego led in five different statistical catergories: shots (16), corner kicks (11), shots on goal (11), assists (8) and goals (4).
- San Francisco recorded five total shots including one on goal, followed by two corner kicks.
San Francisco travels to Spokane to take on Gonzaga on Saturday.
