SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- The University of San Francisco (1-1-1) women's soccer team closed out its season-opening three-game homestand on Sunday afternoon as the Dons fell to Oregon, 3-0, at Negoesco Stadium.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

Oregon applied pressure early, but Grace Wilson kept the Ducks off the board with three saves in the opening 16 minutes.
The Ducks broke through in the 17th minute when Ellie Felt converted a penalty kick to give Oregon a 1-0 advantage.
Wilson continued to stand tall in goal, adding three more saves before San Francisco was forced to play a player down following a red card in the 39th minute.
Oregon capitalized on the ensuing free kick as Felt found the back of the net for her second goal of the match, extending the Ducks' advantage to 2-0.
Despite playing with 10 for the remainder of the contest, the green and gold continued to battle throughout the second half.
Oregon added its final tally in the 64th minute when Cloe Chase scored off an assist from Logan Russo, bringing the score to its final mark of 3-0.
The Dons registered two shots in the loss, none of them on goal. San Francisco faced 24 Oregon shots, 14 of them on goal.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES:

Wilson totaled six saves for the Dons out of 12 total Ducks shots.
Tyra Bengtsson-Stenseth stepped into goal following the red card and immediately made a save in the closing minutes of the first half.
