SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The University of San Francisco (USF) men's soccer team continued its winning ways in its home opener on Friday night as the Dons (2-2-1) blanked Air Force (0-2-2), 2-0, in front of a nearly sold-out crowd at Negoesco Stadium.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

San Francisco controlled possession early, recording the first four shots of the match in the opening 12 minutes of action.
Attacking in the 20th minute, David Raphael dazzled with a pass to the sprinting Brayden Beason, who then drew a foul inside the box to force a penalty kick. Raphael held up his end, converting the penalty kick to give USF an early 1-0 lead at 19:30.
The Dons went on to outshoot the Falcons 10-3 in the first half, with Air Force not registering a shot for the final 7:47 of the opening period.
Coming out of the break, William Krause and the San Francisco back line continued to keep the Falcons off the scoreboard, denying their opponent multiple chances at leveling the match.
San Francisco put the match away at 86:23, when Jaggar Judkins danced through the defense and found the back of the net, extending the advantage to 2-0 in favor of the green and gold.
The Dons held Air Force scoreless over the remaining minutes to secure their second shutout victory of the season.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES:

Raphael recorded his third goal of the season with his first-half penalty kick.
Judkins, who only played eight minutes in total on Friday, made the most of his time on the pitch by scoring his first goal of 2026.
Krause finished the match with five saves while recording his second clean sheet of the season.
As a team, San Francisco outshot Air Force, 17-9, including a 9-5 advantage in shots on goal.
The Dons forced seven saves from the Air Force goalkeeper while limiting the Falcons to five attempts on frame.
