**2020 (REDSHIRT SENIOR): Returned to the starting rotation after taking a year off for injury and was building up strongly before the season was cut short ... Made four starts, throwing more pitches and eventually extending into more innings through the first month of the season ... Best outing of the year came in his final appearance when he went on the road at a Pac-12 Conference opponent and carved up California (March 6), facing just one over the minimum in the second through fifth innings and retiring 13 of the last 15 he faced, earning the victory. He only allowed two hits – both singles – and struck out two ... Closed the year with a 9 1/3-innings scoreless streak, dropping his season ERA to 1.38 while finishing with a 1-1 record ... USF went 2-2 in his four starts, including winning each of the last two games he started ... After back-to-back two-inning starts on the road at CSUN and CSU Bakersfield to start the year, he went four innings and did not allow a run with two strikeouts and no walks in the Dons' 3-1 win at Cal State Fullerton (Feb. 28).
2019 (SENIOR): Redshirt season
2018 (JUNIOR): Was part of the Dons' three-headed monster weekend rotation, along with all-West Coast Conference honorees Riley Ornido and Thomas Ponticelli, that posted a combined 3.09 ERA as a trio ... Served as the Dons' Sunday starter, going 8-4 with a 3.02 ERA and 61 strikeouts ... Was third on the team with his 3.02 ERA, third with his 61 Ks and tied for first with his eight wins ... Pitched into the sixth inning or beyond in 12 of his 14 starts, including four starts of seven innings or more ... Nearly went the distance on May 12 versus BYU, going a season-long 8 1/3 innings and only allowing two runs with five strikeouts in the Dons' 6-2 victory ... Went 4-0 with a 0.81 ERA and 34 strikeouts over a five-game stretch from Feb. 24 to March 25, in which the Dons went 5-0 ... Recorded a season-high 11 Ks in an 8-2 win over Sacramento State on Feb. 24 ... Had five or more strikeouts in six of his outings, and recorded at least one strikeout in all but one game.
LANE COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Earned first team NWAC All-Region pitcher in 2017 going 9-4 with a 2.63 ERA in 96 IP and 82 Ks in his two seasons at LCC … Member of the Student Athlete Leadership Council.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years at Chinook High School … first team Montana/Alberta All-State baseball selection in 2015 … Four time Chinook High School Male Athlete of the Year award winner.
PERSONAL: Born Sept. 25, 1996, in Lethbridge, Alberta … Parents are Tom and Karen Bourassa … Has an older sister, Taylor.
