2012 TRACK & FIELD: Set a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:52.58 at the Nor Cal Opener (3/3)... ran a season best 1:54.12 in the 800m at the Cal All-Comers Meet (2/18).
2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races for the Dons… ran a season best 25:25 (7th) in the Open division at the Bronco Invitational... finished 39th in the West Coast Conference Championship at 26:30.
2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran in 10 middle distances races with one appearance in a 4 X 400 relay, competing at some of the top meets including: Stanford Invitational, Jackie Joyner Kersee/Rafer Johnson, Brutus Hamilton Invitational and Payton Jordan/Cardinal Qualifier… continued to whittle down his 1500m time until setting a new career-best by nearly a second and a half with a 3:52.67 at the West Coast Individual Championships (5/14)… ran his fastest 800m race in 1:54.12 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/22).
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Compete in three races for USF... was sixth in the 8k open race at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 25:52... set a personal record of 25:45 at the Doc Adams Invitational.
PREP CAREER: 2010 California State finalists at 1600m…Ventura County 1600m Champion and Pacific View League Champion for the 800m… Senior Seaside Invitational 5K champion in 15:42.03… owns prep bests of 1:57.60 for 800m and 4:15.81 for 1600m.
