2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran in six races, withfive of them steeplechase events… continued to cut his timeall season to run a career-best 9:46.70 in the 3000m steeplechaseat the Woody Wilson Invitational in his final race of the season(4/16).
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four races for theDons... highest finish was 15th at the Bronco Invitational with atime of 26:35.
2010 TRACK & FIELD: Ran a personalbest for 5000m in 15:36.57 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational...posted a personal best of 10:12.45 in the 3000m steeplechase at theSac State Open... ran 4:17.54 for 1500m at the Aggie Classic.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Posted a personal best of26:38 for 15th place at the Doc Adams Invitational.
PREP CAREER: Competed for four years at AlohaHigh School... three time Oregon state cross country qualifier...finished 12th at the 2008 6A Oregon State Cross CountryChampionships in 16:17... owns prep bests of 4:09 for 1500m and9:06 for 3000m.
