2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran three times in three different events… finished a 3000m race in 10:17.16 at the Cal Opener (3/5)… posted a mark of 17:50.86 in the 5000m at the Aggie Open (3/12)... turned in a 4:51.47 in the 1500m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (3/25).
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt.
2010 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the three meets for the Dons... placed fourth in the 5000m in 18:14.16 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 47th in 23:46 at the WCC Championships... posted a personal best of 18:21.03 at the Dellinger Invitational.
PREP CAREER: Competed for four years in Trabuco Hills powerhouse program... finished seventh at 2008 CIF Division I section cross country championships... finished 31st in 18:38 at the 2008 Division I California Cross Country Championships... three-time scholar-athlete... 2008-09 team captain... owns prep track bests of 5:15 for 1600m and 11:07 for 3200m.
