IN CASE YOU MISSED:
- Nevada got off to a fast start in the first inning, taking a 3-0 lead on a Jayce Dobie home run with two runners aboard.
- After a scoreless second, the Dons came alive in the bottom half of the third inning with leadoff singles by Tyler Harries and Kenny Decelle. Following two straight outs, Patrick Keighran punched a long three-run home run to right-center field, tying the game at three. Jordan Lewis gave the Dons the lead shortly after, going back-to-back with a solo home run to left field for a 4-3 advantage.
- The Wolf Pack responded with three combined runs in the fourth and fifth innings, regaining the lead at 6-4. Michael Ball highlighted the comeback with a solo home run, while Junhyuk Kwon added an RBI double.
- San Francisco rallied in the seventh inning as Kody Watanabe recorded a two-run home run, plating DeCelle to level the game at six. DeCelle reached safely earlier in the inning on a fielder's choice to the third baseman, Sean Yamaguchi.
- Trevor Harmon put the green and gold back on top in the following frame as he registered a solo home run over to left field for a 7-6 lead.
- At the top of the ninth, Quentin Pohorski closed out Nevada, recording two strikeouts to secure victory for the Dons.
- As a team, San Francisco recorded four home runs, the most in a single game this season, while Watanabe and Harmon recorded their first long balls of the season. The green and gold also totaled seven RBI from seven players throughout the contest.
- Harmon went two-for-three at the plate, hitting his first career home run to plate the game-winning run.
- Pohorski came in clutch, facing three batters and recording two strikeouts to close the game for his team-leading second save of the season.
San Francisco returns to action at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, Mar. 9, when it takes on Nevada in the rubber match at Benedetti Diamond.
