2016 (RS SENIOR): Started 20 of the 38 games he appearaed in, all in right field... hit .246 overall with two doubles, an RBI and 14 runs scored... reached base in 13 consecutive games between Feb. 20 - Mar. 20... had a season-high two hits on four occasions... was 1-for-3 in stolen base attempts... drew 12 walks while only striking out 11 times in 69 at-bats. Â
2015Â SUMMER: Played with the Humboldt Crabs of the Horizon Air Summer Series...hit .357 in 46 games...second on the team with four home runs...collected 14 doubles, one triple and 26 RBI...posted an on-base percentage of .442...stole 26 bases in 30 attempts.
2015 (RS JUNIOR AT GONZAGA): Appeared in 19 games as a redshirt junior, starting two…scored two runs and drew four walks…made season debut Feb. 13 versus Utah Valley as pinch runner…drew a walk and scored a run in 10-run win at Arkansas march 11…crossed the plate again March 28 at Loyola Marymount…walked in consecutive outings April 25 and April 26 at Santa Clara, starting at DH on the 26th…also started in the outfield May 1 at No. 2 UCLA…walked May 9 versus Pacific.
2014 (RS SOPHOMORE AT GONZAGA): Played in 45 games and started in 33…made 30 starts in left field, two as the DH and one in right field…had a .191 batting average with two doubles and 11 RBI…hit 22-for-115...went 3-for-3 on stolen bases…walked 10 times...had a .271 on base percentage…scored 14 runs…had five multiple hit games…went 2-for-3 against Incarnate Word (Feb. 23) with two stolen bases, an RBI and a run scored…went 2-for-5 against UC Irvine (Mar. 9) with a double…hit 5-for-13 with two runs scored and an RBI in series against San Francisco (Mar. 14-16)…went 2-for-3 with a run scored against Oregon (April 1).
2013 (RS FRESHMAN AT GONZAGA): Appeared in 21 games…came into the game as a pinch runner in 13 of those appearances…picked up three stolen bases on the season on Brown (Mar. 26), Saint Mary’s (Apr. 13) and San Francisco (May 23)…went 0-for-2 in only at bats…scored 7 runs.
2012 (FRESHMAN AT GONZAGA): Redshirted.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letterwinner for head coach Jim Sharkey at Ferris High School..hit .364 as a sophomore, .420 as a junior and .450 as a senior...was named first team All-Greater Spokane League as both a junior and a senior, received honorable mention as a sophomore...helped guide Ferris to GSL championship as a senior and Academic State championship...also lettered two years in football...helped Ferris win State 4A title in football as a senior...was a runner-up in State 4A title in football in junior campaign...won the WIAA Sportsmanship Award in 2009 and 2010.
PERSONAL: Born July 1, 1992 in Spokane, Wash….parents are Dave and Heidi Bozett...graduated from Gonzaga in 2015 with a degree in sports management....is a graduate student working toward his master’s in organization and leadership.
